1. Service and operator
These terms govern the johnson-hermes application and its Hermes integration operated by Johnson Mok at johnson-ai.404-not-found.net. The service provides AI-assisted chat, document processing and optional Google Workspace tools for the operator and invited users. Contact csjmok@gmail.com for support or questions about these terms.
2. Access and your authority
Use the service only if you are authorised by its operator and entitled to submit the information and request the actions concerned. Protect your login and connected accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Obtain permission from your organisation, clients and other affected people where needed. If you do not agree to these terms or the disclosed processing arrangements, do not use the service or connect an account.
3. Google connections and instructions
Google access requires your consent and is subject to Google's applicable terms. You select the connected account for a task. Give clear instructions and check the selected account, file, recipient, destination and event before authorising consequential actions. A scope grant is not a task instruction. Automations you authorise may operate while you are offline.
Sending mail, editing or sharing documents, deleting content and changing calendar events can affect other people. You are responsible for authorising those actions deliberately and verifying their results. You can revoke Google access at Google Account connections.
4. AI output and professional review
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify calculations, facts, source material, citations and proposed actions before relying on them or distributing them. The assistant does not replace professional judgement, independent evidence or the review required for accounting, audit, legal, tax or other regulated work. Do not let it make consequential decisions without appropriate human oversight.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, send abusive or unsolicited communications, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, expose another person's information without authority or disrupt the service. Submit only the information needed for your task. Do not place unnecessary passwords or authentication secrets in prompts or documents.
6. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in the materials you provide. You authorise the processing and limited transmission needed to carry out your instructions and operate the service, as described in the application privacy policy. This does not grant permission to sell your Google data or train general-purpose models on it. You must have the necessary rights to any inputs and your intended use of the outputs. AI-generated outputs may not be unique.
7. Availability, external services and charges
Maintenance, updates, network failures, provider limits or outages may interrupt the service or change available features. Google and AI providers apply their own terms and may impose charges under the relevant account arrangements. These terms do not create a paid subscription or an uptime commitment; any fees or service levels must be agreed separately. Keep independent copies of important records and check whether an action succeeded before retrying it.
8. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, output accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable mandatory consumer rights. Any separate written agreement with the operator also applies according to its terms.
9. Suspension, ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account permissions at any time. Ask the operator to delete retained application data as described in the privacy policy. The operator may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate abuse, maintain the service or comply with law.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be brought to affected users' attention before applying to continued use where required. Questions or requests should be directed to csjmok@gmail.com.
